Refund Policy
We have 30-days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the products from us, simply return unopened items within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to arrange for the full amount refund for your purchase or exchange with another item.
Exceptions / non-returnable cases
No refund will take place for any type of opened/used products except for defective or damaged products in the first place.
Refund procedure
To start a return, you can contact us at help@kahicosmetics.com and we will send you a return shipping label.
Please note that the return package will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
We will notify you once we receive the package and finish with an inspection process, plus, you will be informed whether the request for the return is approved or not.
If approved, you will automatically get a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time by the internal issues of your bank or credit card company to proceed.
